We realize this is a stressful time, and since the CDC and health departments are requiring us to stay home as much as possible, it’s now more important than ever to have everything functioning properly in our homes.

We also want to ensure our customers that we adhering to the CDC and health department guidelines and are keeping a close eye on any updates or changes in order to keep our employees and customers safe. We have asked our technicians to stay home if they feel ill or exhibit signs of possible COVID-19 exposure. We are requiring technicians to wash their hands before and after leaving every customer’s home as well as requiring them to wear gloves and use hand sanitizer. To abide by social distancing and reducing direct contact, we will not be shaking hands and technicians will maintain a safe distance at all times.
